Feb. 16…merchant Link Services, located at 411 Theodore Fremd Ave. reported at 8:41 a.m. that they were having trouble with a former employee. No arrests were made.

 

Feb. 16…a 67-year-old Mamaroneck man reported that his wallet was stolen from locker #17 at the Rye YMCA located at 21 Locust Ave. at 11:06 a.m. No charges have been filed.

 

Feb. 17…at 7:09 p.m. a woman reported that her biological father was trying to break into her residence at 65 Forest Ave. No arrests were made.

 

Feb. 18…a complaint was received at 4:59 p.m. by a man who claimed that his ex-wife is not allowing him to visit his children which a court order mandates. No charges have been filed.

 

Feb. 19…a 39-year-old woman reported that her husband violated an order of protection at 4:29 p.m. at 65 Florence Ave. No arrests have been made.

 

Feb. 20…police received a report from a woman at 5:40 p.m. that her ex-boyfriend was harassing her. No arrests have been made.

 

Feb. 23…the Rye Department of Public Works reported to police that at 5:30 a.m. a garbage truck hit a parked car in the lot of 1085 Boston Post Road. Damage to the vehicles is unknown.

 

Feb. 23…at 6:07 p.m., a 32-year-old man at 14 Hannan Place reported theft from his bank account between Feb. 18 and Feb. 22. No charges have been filed.

 

Feb. 24…the Rye Library reported a larceny at 4:07 p.m. The library alleges that a set of encyclopedias were stolen between Feb. 17 and Feb. 24.

 

Feb. 25…police received a complaint at 1:42 p.m. from a woman at 6 Redfield Road claiming harassment. She stated that a man has been verbally abusing her. In October, she claimed the alleged shook her until someone pushed him away. No arrests have been made.

 

Feb. 28…a 49-year-old man reported to the Rye Police Department at 4:07 a.m. that his 49-year-old wife has a pattern of abusing him. He told police his wife was upset that he reported her to police in the past for damaging property. The wife allegedly pushed and punched the husband during the incident.

 

Feb. 28…Julio C. Yupangui, 28, of Port Chester was arrested at 8 p.m. at the intersection of Boston Post and Hillside Road. He is charged with driving while intoxicated.
March 1…a woman at 7 Sylvan Place reported damage to the left taillight of her vehicle which was parked in her driveway between 4 p.m. on Feb. 28 and 7 a.m. on March 1. The incident was reported at 10:27 a.m.

 

March 2…police received a call at 10:45 a.m. from a woman at 24 Stuyvesant Ave. who claims her interior designer stole property from her on Feb. 22. The woman claims an arrangement was made for countertops to be delivered to the house and they never were.
